The product was developed for Molteni & C and is part of the 505 product line. Our products are often timeless classics, and that is also reflected in the 505. The design dates back to 2016.

505 by Molteni & C

Co van der Horst takes pride in representing Molteni & C's products. Angelo Molteni started his eponymous company in 1934 at the age of twenty-two in the Brianza region, which is known as a true furniture district and the birthplace of many renowned Italian design brands such as Baxter and Flexform. By the late 1940s, Molteni&C already employed over sixty people and rapidly evolved from a workshop to a factory. Subsequently, Angelo Molteni joined a group of leading entrepreneurs who organized the first edition of Salone del Mobile in 1961. The brand was already acclaimed for its broad vision, fair practices, consistent high quality, and collaborations with influential designers such as Gio Ponti. In June 2022, Co van der Horst opened the doors to the Molteni&C|Dada Flagship Store on the Zuidas in Amsterdam. Spread over 800 m2 on the ground floor, 26th, and 27th floors of Valley, you will find numerous inspiring live-rooms showcasing the products of Molteni.
