For this penthouse in Wassenaar, the customer's fucha pink sofa was the starting point for Interior Designer Textiles Denise Galjaard to create one whole. The penthouse is accessible via a stately entrance to the top floor, where the large entrance connects all areas. As a statement, a special carpet has been designed for this space in collaboration with Frankly Amsterdam, where the fuchia accent extends outside. The painting on the wall via Kunst+Co plays with the flower-like shape of the carpet. Christophe Delcourt's bench then emphasizes the organic elements in the space. With great attention to detail, choices have been made regarding the interior textiles, including wallpaper, curtains and paint. The ceiling with the chandelier is also a true jewel. Through the double doors there is access to the living room and kitchen, where the beautiful Minotti armchair matches perfectly with the customer's existing wooden floor. A fuchia accent has again been applied to the carpet. A pleasant seat has beencreated in front of the fireplace and there are dining room chairs from Minotti around the table. The wall in the kitchen has room for the customer's personal accessories and the bar chairs on the island are the customer's favorite spot. Co van der Horst's stylist Wendy Gruter provided the finishing touches in terms of accessories for this colorful penthouse.
