The home has a distinctive character thanks to its openness, light and architecture. Precisely for that reason, it was essential to create an interior that adds warmth, calm and luxury without losing the power of the house itself. Living kitchen and lounge as the heart of the family home

On the ground floor, the living kitchen forms the beating heart of the house. The round marble table by Molteni&C with a ‘lazy susan’ invites long dinners and informal family moments. The chairs by Maxalto in cognac leather bring warmth and depth to the space. Artwork and a palm tree add a subtle Miami-inspired atmosphere that works perfectly within the elegant overall aesthetic. Above the kitchen island hangs a Venicem lamp as a sculptural statement, combined with Maxalto bar stools that bring together comfort and refinement.

In the living area, a rich and carefully layered material palette has been chosen. Wall coverings and paneling by, among others, Laurameroni add structure and rhythm to the architecture. On the built-in gas fireplaces, luxurious sound-absorbing wallpaper by Arte has been applied, allowing aesthetics and acoustic comfort to reinforce one another. The seating area is centered around the Maxalto Apollo Sofa and the Febo Bergère by Maxalto as a reading chair. Coffee tables by Molteni&C with refined stools, a 100% cashmere rug by Jacaranda, the Flos Noctambule Floor Lamp and the Rectus Floor Lamp by Venicem complete the space. Everything feels layered, inviting and balanced.

A remarkable piece in this space is the Tesaurus wall cabinet by Maxalto. This piece of furniture stands out for its artisanal craftsmanship, beauty and functionality. The flowing curved shape, curved wooden doors, protruding shelves and marble top make it a unique and exclusive piece that noticeably elevates the level of the room.

Void, lounge and workspace with daylight and design

On the first floor by the void, a multifunctional lounge has been designed with the modular Marteen Sofa by Molteni&C. This area serves as a flexible space for the family, suitable for informal working, reading, lounging and spending time together. Combined with the bespoke Molteni&C rug, the high-gloss Mateo table and the Porta Volta Chair by Herzog & de Meuron, the floor gains its own identity while maintaining a clear connection with the rest of the interior.

The workspace on this floor has also been carefully developed. With beautiful views and plenty of natural daylight, it is a place where functionality and comfort come together. The Touch Down Unit by Studio Klass for Molteni&C fits perfectly here as an innovative work solution for contemporary living and working. An iconic cabinet by Molteni&C provides the necessary storage space. The glass balustrade keeps the sightlines open and allows the ornamental light fixture in the entrance — a hand-blown lamp by Lasvit — to fully stand out and add extra allure to the architecture.

Master suite, bespoke elements and personal spaces

The master bedroom has been designed as an inviting suite with the atmosphere of a luxury hotel room. The bed and bedside tables by Molteni&C, together with the Jacaranda rug, form a calm foundation. The Misty Venicem Table Lamps provide soft and elegant lighting. A carpet by LE Rugs and Arte wallpaper with the detailed structure of woven seagrass bring rich tactility and a subtle exotic feel to the room. The 5-star bedding by Fischbacher enhances the comfort and refinement.

At the top of the architectural staircase, set against beautiful Armani/Casa wallpaper, stands a Porada console with artwork by Collection Particulière by Christophe Delcourt. This setting naturally connects architecture, art and interior design. In addition, a custom-made office has been created with a Lucio armchair by Molteni&C as a calm workspace.
