This stately villa from 1899, which had already been carefully renovated, has been furnished down to the smallest detail by Studio Co, where even the youngest residents saw their dreams come true.

A luxurious sofa from Minotti was strategically placed in the living room, with a double backrest for seating that faces both the window and the television. This way, all members of the family can enjoy their favorite activities while still relaxing together. The beautiful marble of the coffee table and the high-quality Rosewood Santos wood of the TV cabinet, both from Minotti, give the room an unparalleled look of luxury and refinement. A fully integrated sound system by Krijtenberg Sound & Vision in the wall behind the television ensures optimal sound quality, supported by the custom-made speakers on the other side that almost blend in with the textured wallpaper by Mark Alexander. Subtly shiny curtains from Fischbacher, shades from Nature Deco and a rug from Frankly Amsterdam with rounded corners add even more layering, while the iconic lamp from Catellani & Smith emphasizes the height of the room.

Two dining areas were created at the rear of the villa, both equipped with Minotti furniture. Next to the kitchen, a more informal "low dining" was created, perfect for breakfast or a relaxing coffee moment. With access to the garden and the custom-made wine cellar. The stairwell was fitted with a stair runner from Frankly Amsterdam, which adds a touch of classic elegance to the space, complete with bronze stair rods.

Another highlight of the villa is the office of the master of the house, where interior designer Chantal Vermeulen visited the Minotti corporate showroom in Milan together with the client and a chance meeting took place with Mr. Minotti. The warm colors, high-quality furniture, materials and the striking Arte wallpaper create perfect harmony in this space.

In the children's rooms, the lively Arte wallpaper creates a cheerful atmosphere and the various cozy seating and play areas offer plenty of space for entertainment. Soft and cuddly materials, such as on the armchairs, the rug and the feather lamp from Porto Romana in the girls' room, enrich the whole. On the top floor of the villa is the master bedroom, equipped with a dream bed from Flexform and two luxurious lounges from Minotti. With a sauna, walk-in closet and a luxurious bathroom with lots of daylight and a view of the garden, a real retreat for the parents. Luxaflex duettes also provide optimal privacy and control over the light.
